Session cancellation. Lessons may be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time. They can then be rescheduled. If a session is cancelled (for any reason) with less than 24 hours’ notice the lesson will be charged.
Teacher Cancellation. The teacher will make every effort to be available for all your scheduled sessions. However in rare occasions if the teacher needs to cancel a session she will give you as much notice as possible and you will reschedule the lesson.

Lateness for lessons. If the teacher is not informed that you will be late she will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After that time the session will be lost and charged anyway.
